How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 7-14 business days.
Can I return a custom-made stamp?
Due to the personalized nature of custom stamps, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error in production on our part.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
How do I re-ink my self-inking stamp?
Simply push the stamp down slightly to lock it, remove the ink pad, add a few drops of our specialized refill ink, and slide the pad back into place.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer volume pricing for corporate orders and large events. Please contact our support team with your quantity requirements for a custom quote.
Is your ink safe for use on skin?
Most of our standard inks are designed for paper and cardstock. However, we do carry a specific line of dermatologically tested skin-safe inks for events and temporary marking.
